FOUNDER & CEO
Building the future of pickleball by combining community, technology and exceptional player experiences.
With more than 20 years of experience in technology, business consulting and professional services across Australia and international markets, Shah founded GO PICKLE with a vision to help shape the future of pickleball through innovation, accessibility and community.
Shah believes the long-term growth of the sport depends on more than great venues. It requires connected communities, exceptional player experiences and a scalable operating model supported by technology. By continually investing in in-house innovation, digital platforms and smarter operational systems, his vision is to make the sport more accessible, more engaging and easier to grow.
Today, Shah continues to lead GO PICKLE’s evolution by combining technology with player-first thinking, creating a connected ecosystem that supports players, staff and future venues while strengthening the communities that make the sport thrive.
For Shah, success isn’t measured by the number of venues GO PICKLE opens—it’s measured by the experiences it creates, the communities it builds and the positive impact it leaves on the future of pickleball.
GO PICKLE was founded in 2024 with a clear vision: to create a new generation of racquet sports venues where community, technology and player experience come together.
Campbelltown was intentionally chosen as our starting point. While we recognised its limitations, we saw something far more valuable—the opportunity to learn, listen and build the right foundations before expanding. Our focus wasn’t simply on opening a venue; it was on understanding what players truly value and creating an experience that keeps people coming back.
Over the next two years, Campbelltown became our blueprint. Every tournament, coaching session, social event and conversation with players helped refine our thinking. We learned what builds strong communities, what creates exceptional player experiences and how to develop an operating model that can scale without losing the personal touch that defines every GO PICKLE venue.
Those lessons also shaped our approach to innovation. Rather than relying solely on off-the-shelf solutions, we’ve continued to invest in developing our own technology and building a connected ecosystem that supports every part of the player journey—from the customer experience through to venue operations. Our goal is simple: use technology to remove friction, improve consistency and create a smarter, more connected experience for players and our teams.
Today, every GO PICKLE location benefits from the lessons learned at Campbelltown. We continue to refine our operating model, invest in innovation and build venues that balance community, technology and operational excellence.
For us, success has never been measured by the number of venues we open. It’s measured by the communities we build, the experiences we create and the positive impact we leave on the future of racquet sports.
