Pickleball stems from the racket sport family, particularly tennis, badminton and table tennis and is played with a paddle and plastic wiffle ball, on well-balanced open-court dimensions measuring 6m x 13m.
Rules and equipment are standardized for all skill levels and age groups, ensuring equality, fun and success on the court without modifications to cater for gender, ability or age differences.
