NOTE: These terms and conditions affect your legal rights. It is important that you read and understand them.

SNAK GCC Pty Ltd (ACN 676 721 430) trading as “GO Pickle” is a supplier of “recreational services” (as defined in section 22 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012). The recreational services and facilities provided, include but are not limited, to pickleball courts, equipment rental, the condition, layout, construction, design, maintenance and use of the pickleball courts and surrounds and any other associated sporting activities or similar leisure time pursuits (recreational activities).

GENERAL

All cancellations must be actioned by users directly at https://book.gopickle.com.au/book/GOpickle or via the GO Pickle App.

Private court bookings

GO Pickle’s cancellation policy requires users to cancel 24 hours before the start of the booking time for a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

After this point, the booking can no longer be cancelled in full without fees.

If payments are pending after one hour of play or the booking time, they will automatically be charged to the booker.

Game match bookings 

If the required number of players to complete a match is not reached, the booker is responsible for cancelling the reservation 24 hours before the start of the booking time for a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

Programs 

All rescheduling and cancellations must be actioned by users directly at https://book.gopickle.com.au/programs  or via the GO Pickle App

Rescheduling without a cancellation fee is permitted, on the premise that rescheduling occurs 4 hours before the reservation and an alternative booking is made or the user elects to receive club credit to their GO Pickle account to use at a future date.

Rescheduling

Our technology does not currently support user driven match rescheduling, we are working on a user friendly solution this with the vendor.

 

MEMBERSHIP AND AFFILIATES

Membership

GO Pickle’s memberships are billed 30 days in advance from membership start date. All memberships include free play which take the form of booking passes issued by GO Pickle.

Our membership cancellation policy requires users to contact our staff at [email protected] to facilitate cancellation.

Whilst all membership packages have a mutual 3-month commitment period, for early cancellations users can elect to: 

i) receive club credit for the unused portion in the last 30 days to their GO Pickle account to use at a future date for court bookings or programs, or

Ii) request a full refund for unused credit in the prior 30 days. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

Affiliates

GO Pickle’s affiliate programs are bespoke and arranged bilaterally with every affiliate for a mutual minimum 3-month commitment period.
