NOTE: These terms and conditions affect your legal rights. It is important that you read and understand them.

SNAK GCC Pty Ltd (ACN 676 721 430) trading as “GO Pickle” is a supplier of “recreational services” (as defined in section 22 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012). The recreational services and facilities provided, include but are not limited, to pickleball courts, equipment rental, the condition, layout, construction, design, maintenance and use of the pickleball courts and surrounds and any other associated sporting activities or similar leisure time pursuits (recreational activities).

GENERAL

General cancellation 

All rescheduling and cancellations must be actioned by users directly at https://book.gopickle.com.au/book/GOpickle or via the GO Pickle App.

Private court bookings

Rescheduling without a cancellation fee is permitted, on the premise that rescheduling occurs 4 hours before the reservation and an alternative booking is made or the user elects to receive club credit to their GO Pickle account to use at a future date.

GO Pickle’s cancellation policy requires users to cancel 24 hours before the start of the booking time for a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

After this point, the booking can no longer be cancelled in full without fees.

If payments are pending after one hour of play or reservation, they will be automatically charged to the booker.

Game match bookings 

Booker is responsible for canceling the reservation on time according to policy if players have not been completed.

Reservation Passes (Guest Passes)

Once a court hire booking is made using guest passes, the passes are non-refundable. Players may reschedule the booking for the same day, subject to availability. However, if the booking cannot be rescheduled and the player chooses a different date, it will be considered canceled, and the guest passes will be forfeited.

Program Passes (Free Passes)

Program passes used for social events, clinics, or programs hosted by Go Pickle are refundable. If a player cancels their booking, the free pass will automatically be credited back to their account for future use.

Rescheduling

Our technology does not currently support user driven match rescheduling, we are working on a user friendly solution this with the vendor.

Membership

GO Pickle’s memberships are billed in advance from the membership start date. All memberships include free play which take the form of booking passes issued by GO Pickle.

Our membership cancellation policy requires users to contact our staff at [email protected] to facilitate cancellation.

Whilst all membership packages have a mutual 3-month commitment period, for early cancellations users can elect to:

i) receive club credit for the unused portion in the last 30 days to their GO Pickle account to use at a future date for court bookings or programs, or

Ii) request a full refund for unused credit in the prior 30 days. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

Reservation Passes and Program Passes for Members

Reservation Passes

Members can use their reservation passes for personal bookings or to invite guests, referred to as “guest passes,” based on their membership tier.

Program Passes

Program passes are exclusively for members and can be used for social events or clinics hosted by Go Pickle. These passes, often referred to as “free passes,” are not transferable to guests. Guests accompanying members to social events, clinics, or programs will need to pay the standard fees.

Court Reservation ( guest passes) 

Guest passes are allocated based on membership tiers and can be used for casual booking courts. Please refer to the inclusions and exclusions specific to each membership tier.

Fair Use Policy for Booking Passes

GO Pickle applies a fair use policy for booking passes:

    • For each session, the number of passes used depends on the number of players:
    • 2 players: 2 guest passes will be deducted.
    • 3 players: 3 guest passes will be deducted.
    • 4 players: 4 guest passes will be deducted.

For reservations involving more than 4 players, a maximum of 6 players can be accommodated on a single court using guest passes. If the group exceeds 6 players:

    • An additional court must be booked.
    • Additional guest passes will need to be used for the extra players (according to the fair use policy above).

If players fail to adhere to this policy, they will be advised to rectify the issue by booking an additional court and using the appropriate number of passes. Repeated violations of this policy may result in:

    • A breach of membership terms.
    • GO Pickle taking action, including deducting additional guest passes or, in severe cases, cancelling the membership.
